Comfortable all day wear - How to wear Outlier Air V2 Earbuds: Place the buds into your ears. Put them on piece-by-piece on your first try to get used to its shape. Twist it gently up-and-inwards towards your ear canal to achieve a secure fit and comfort. Assess the fit by shaking your head to ensure it does not fall out. If the audio sounds “tinny” with inadequate bass, this is an indication that your ear buds are not fitted properly.

FAQS Bluetooth Connectivity and Pairing:

1. How do I pair my device to Creative Outlier Air V2?

   Step 1:
   Start by removing left earbud from the charging case. The light indicator should blink in red and blue to indicate Bluetooth Pairing mode.

   Step 2:
   Switch on Bluetooth on your device. Search and pair your device with Outlier Air V2. Tap on the left earbud's name on screen to pair. The right earbud will prompt on your device to pair after.

   Step 3:
   Complete the pairing process by removing the right earbud from the charging case. Both earbuds will now automatically connect to each other!

   If you are facing issues on Bluetooth pairing, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated Customer Support Service.

2. How do I pair Outlier Air V2 to another Bluetooth device?

   Switch off Bluetooth connection on Device A. Tap and hold for 2 seconds to enter into Bluetooth pairing mode. Select and pair Outlier Air V2 on your Bluetooth settings on Device B.

3. Is there an auto-off feature for Creative Outlier Air V2?

   When the headphones are not paired with another device via Bluetooth, it will switch off automatically in 10 minutes.

   When the headphones are paired with another device via Bluetooth, it will stay connected until Bluetooth is switched off.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
