Do you have a catalogue or list of items I can choose from?

No, but you can view JOANN's selection of fabric and craft supplies at JOANN online at Joann.com. 

Can I purchase items only available in-store at a JOANN store?

At this time, we are only able to help you buy JOANN fabrics and craft supplies available onJoann.com and we are unable to buy items that are only available at physical retail stores. To find your nearest JOANN store, please visitJOANN website.

Can I purchase custom JOANN fabrics?

Yes, please use the Customizer at Joann.com to design your custom JOANN fabrics and send us a screenshot and the design files for your design.

Are you able to get seasonal JOANN fabrics?

Yes, we can help you get any JOANN fabrics that are available from Joann.com. If there are any JOANN fabrics that are currently sold out, we would be happy to get them for you once they become available again.

Will I receive a quote before purchasing items?

Yes, we'll provide you with a quote shortly after you request your items. The quote will include the cost of the items and any JOANN shipping fees, plus all international shipping fees, duties, and import/brokerage fees.

What are your shipping fees? Do you offer a flat rate fee for shipping?

The shipping fee for an order will vary based on your order's weight, dimensions and shipping address. We work with our shipping partners to provide the lowest possible shipping costs. In most cases, the shipping fees for an order weighing under 5 lbs will be between $20 and $35.

How can I avoid paying sales tax on my order? Do you have a tax free warehouse in the U.S?

Because we receive packages at our warehouse in New Hampshire where there is no sales tax, you will not have to pay U.S. sales tax on your order. However, depending on the items you order, you may have to pay GST/HST on your order. GST/HST will be paid upfront at the time of purchase. There will be no extra taxes or brokerage fees.

Are there any items that you cannot purchase for me?

We are able to purchase and ship most items with the exception of any live or raw meat and produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. Heavyweight or oversized items may not be able to be shipped or may be subject to additional shipping costs.

What if I need to return items?

We would be happy to return your items and provide you with a full refund within 14 days of receipt with the exception of Final Sale items. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. If you would like to return items in your order, please let us know and we'll provide you with prepaid shipping labels that you can use to return your items to us.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped to Canada?

We are able to purchase and ship most items with the exception of any live or raw meat and produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase?

No, there is no minimum amount or quantity of items for any purchase.

Can I order multiple items at once? Do you offer package consolidation?

Yes, we highly recommend you purchase several items to save money! Although international shipping can be expensive, you can save on shipping costs by ordering multiple items at the same time as we can consolidate multiple packages or JOANN orders into a single box.

How fresh are the items? Are they new?

Yes, all items are brand new. We will do our best to ensure that items are fresh and have expiry dates as far in the future as possible.

How can I get my JOANN order shipped to Canada?

Although there are no JOANN stores in Canada, Wantboard can help you get items from JOANN. Just let us know the items from JOANN.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada. Once your order has shipped, we'll provide a tracking number that you can use to track your package to its final destination.

Does JOANN ship to Canada?

Is Wantboard a package forwarding service or a shipping forwarder?

Yes, we are a shipping forwarder / package forwarder that helps Canadian shoppers get items from the U.S. However, unlike most package forwarding services and freight forwarders, we look after the end-to-end experience of purchasing your items, receiving packages at our U.S. warehouse and then shipping them to your address in Canada. If an issue occurs at any point, we will take responsibility and make sure that it gets fixed.

Which shipping carriers and services do you use?

We use FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost for our standard delivery. There will be no extra taxes or brokerage fees upon delivery.

Is there any way that I can receive packages faster?

Yes, we can provide faster shipping options if your order is urgent. Just let us know when you place your order.

If I encounter issues with my order, who do I contact?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Wantboard at support@wantboard.com. Please do not contact JOANN directly as they will not have a record of your order.
