What is ShopHopper?
ShopHopper is our personal shopping service that lets you shop remotely with a personal shopper at popular shopping districts, malls and events around the world through Facebook Messenger.
How does it work?
To use ShopHopper, simply choose a city and shopping area or event that you’d like to shop at, and book an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a Facebook Messenger link to use. At the time of your appointment, click on the link and your personal shopper will start chatting with you and will help you find the items you’re looking for. At the end of your shopping session, you'll pay for the items. After receiving your payment and after your session has ended, your shopper will purchase the items for you and ship them to you.
How much does it cost?
In addition to the cost of the items you purchase plus any applicable sales taxes, you will be charged the following fees: a service fee of $1.00 CAD per minute with a 20-minute minimum; a shipping and handling fee of $25.00 to ship your order to anywhere in Canada; a 3% payment processing fee to cover our credit card costs.
Are there additional fees aside from the price of the item?

Which areas and stores can I shop at?
You can shop at stores within the location you choose. To help us provide you with the best shopping experience, please include the stores you’d like to visit and items you’d like to buy when booking your appointment.
When are shoppers available to shop with me?
To view the availability of shoppers at each location, select the location and click the Select Availability button.
Do I get to choose my own shopper?
At this time, this is not possible through our website. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do shoppers work for specific retailers and do they receive commissions for my purchases?
No, our shoppers are independent and are employed by Wantboard. They are paid for the time they spend shopping with you and do not receive any commission for the purchases you make.
What if I already know what I want and just want someone to get it for me?
We can certainly help you with this. Simply message us on Facebook Messenger or email us at email@example.com and we’ll help you out!
What if I end my session early?
If you end your session early, you’ll be refunded any unused minutes. Please note that all sessions have a minimum duration of 20 minutes.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in Canada. If you live outside of Canada, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How long will it take for me to get my items?
Items are generally shipped the same day as your shopping session. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment. For domestic orders, shipments generally take 1 to 5 business days to deliver. For international orders, shipments generally take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee, with the exception of items that are marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
What if I want to shop at a location that’s not listed on the website?
Please email us at email@example.com and we’ll try to find someone to shop for you at that location.
