Do you have a catalogue or list of items I can choose from?
Will I receive a quote before purchasing items?
Because item prices are subject to change, we generally don’t provide quotes in advance of purchases. The price you’ll pay will be: the price of the items (including any U.S. sales taxes) plus $1.00 per item, a $30.00 service fee, and a $25.00 shipping and handling fee to ship anywhere in Canada. Extra charges may apply for orders with heavyweight or oversized items.
If you would like to find out the price of the items you’re requesting, we recommend calling the store or visiting the store’s website. Please note that in order to proceed with a request, we require a $50.00 deposit.
What is the $30.00 service fee for?
The $30.00 service fee covers the cost of our shopper visiting the store and purchasing the items as well as our payment processing fees.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the $50.00 deposit is refundable up until the day before our shopper visits the store to make your purchase. If you would like to cancel or modify your request, please message us on Facebook Messenger or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any items that you cannot purchase for me?
We are able to purchase and ship most items with the exception of any live or raw produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. Any heavyweight or oversized items may be subject to additional shipping costs.
What if you are unable to purchase an item that I requested?
If we are unable to purchase an item that you requested because it's not available, we will let you know and will not charge you for the cost of the item.
What if I need to return items?
We would be happy to return your items and provide you with a full refund within 14 days with the exception of Final Sale items, provided that they’re in they are unopened and in their original condition.
Are there any items that cannot be shipped to Canada?

Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase?
No, there is no minimum amount or quantity of items for any purchase.
Can I order multiple items at once?
Yes, we highly recommend you purchase several items at once to get the most value out of your shopping trip!
How much is shipping?
Shipping to anywhere in Canada is $25.00. Extra charges may apply for orders with heavyweight or oversized items.
Why do I have to pay U.S. sales tax for items plus HST?
U.S. sales tax is charged by the state that the items are purchased in and, unfortunately, Canadians are not except for paying when purchases are made within the state.
How fresh are the items? Are they new?
Yes, all items are brand new and taken directly off the shelf at Trader Joe's. Our shoppers will do their best to ensure that they choose items that appear fresh and have expiry dates as far in the future as possible.
How are you affiliated with Trader Joe’s?
Wantboard is not affiliated with Trader Joe’s in any way. We purchase items directly from their stores at their retail prices.
