Does ULTA ship to Canada?

No, ULTA Beauty does not ship to Canada or Canadian consumers, but Wantboard can help you get items from ULTA.com Just let us know the items from ULTA.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada.

Do you have a catalogue or list of items I can choose from?

No, but you can view products at ULTA online at ulta.com. 

Can I purchase items only available in-store?

At this time, we are only able to help you buy items available onulta.com and we are unable to buy items that are only available at physical stores. To find your nearest ULTA store, please visit ULTA's website.

Can I purchase items from the ULTA Beauty Colllection?

Yes, we would be happy to help you get any items from the ULTA Beauty Collection that are available through ulta.com.

Will I receive a quote before purchasing items?

Yes, we'll provide you with a quote shortly after you request your items. The quote will include the cost of the items and any ULTA shipping fees, plus all international shipping fees, duties, and import/brokerage fees.

What are your shipping fees? Do you offer a flat rate fee for shipping?

The shipping fee for an order will vary based on your order's weight, dimensions and shipping address. We work with our shipping partners to provide the lowest possible shipping costs. In most cases, the shipping fees for an order weighing under 5 lbs will be between $20 and $35.

How can I avoid paying sales tax on my order? Do you have a tax free warehouse in the U.S?

Because our orders ship to New Hampshire where there is no sales tax, you will not have to pay U.S. sales tax on your order. However, depending on the items you order, you may have to pay GST/HST on your order. GST/HST will be paid upfront at the time of purchase.

Are there any items that you cannot purchase for me?

We are able to purchase and ship most items with the exception of any live or raw meat and produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. Heavyweight or oversized items may not be able to be shipped or may be subject to additional shipping costs.

What if I need to return items?

We would be happy to return your items and provide you with a full refund within 14 days of receipt with the exception of Final Sale items. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. If you would like to return items in your order, please let us know and we'll provide you with prepaid shipping labels that you can use to return your items to us.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped to Canada?

Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase?

No, there is no minimum amount or quantity of items for any purchase.

Can I order multiple items at once? Do you offer package consolidation?

Yes, we highly recommend you purchase several items to save money! Although international shipping can be expensive, you can save on shipping costs by ordering multiple items at the same time as we can consolidate multiple packages or ULTA orders into a single box.

How fresh are the items? Are they new?

Yes, all items are brand new. We will do our best to ensure that items are fresh and have expiry dates as far in the future as possible.

How can I shop from ULTA in Canada?

Although there are no ULTA Beauty stores in Canada, Wantboard can help you get items from ULTA. Just let us know the items from ULTA.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada. Once your order has shipped, we'll provide a tracking number that you can use to track your package to its final destination.

Does ULTA Beauty ship to Canada?

No, ULTA does not deliver to Canada, but Wantboard can help Canadian customers get items from ULTA. Just let us know the items from ULTA.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada.

When will ULTA ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, ulta.com does not currently accept Canadian ULTA orders and we do not know when ULTA Beauty will begin shipping to Canada. If you'd like items from ULTA, just let us know the items you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada.

Is Wantboard a package forwarding service or a shipping forwarder?

Yes, we are a shipping forwarder / package forwarding service that helps Canadian shoppers get items from the U.S. However, unlike most package forwarding services and freight forwarders, we look after the end-to-end experience of purchasing your items, receiving them at our U.S. warehouse and then shipping them to your address in Canada. If an issue occurs at any point, we will take responsibility and make sure that it gets fixed.

Which shipping carriers and services do you use?

We use FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost.

If I encounter issues with my order, who do I contact?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Wantboard at support@wantboard.com. Please do not contact ULTA directly as they will not have a record of your order.

How are you affiliated with ULTA?

Wantboard is not affiliated with ULTA Beauty, ULTA Canada or ulta.com in any way. We purchase items directly from them at their retail prices.
