Because the Amazon Echo Dot Kids Edition device is currently not officially available in Canada, setting it up will require a few additional steps.

To set your Amazon Echo Dot Kids Edition in Canada using an Amazon.ca account, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Amazon.ca account and go to Your Account > Content and devices > Preferences.
2. Expand the Country/Region Settings section and change your country to United States. You will have to provide a U.S. address, but it can be any U.S. address.
3. Still in the Country/Region Settings section, click on the "here" link and then "Learn about" link. This will bring you to a screen that lets you "Transfer your Kindle account to Amazon.com"
4. After you have transferred your Kindle account to Amazon.com, wait 30 minutes and then set up your Amazon Echo Dot Kids Edition using the Set up a new device option on the Alexa app or at http://alexa.amazon.com/
5. After completing the FreeTime setup, visit https://parents.amazon.com/ to manage your devices' settings and restrictions.
6. If you continue to run into issues, please try temporarily changing your default address to a U.S. address by going to https://www.amazon.ca/a/addresses > Add Address and add a U.S. address. Then click on the "Set as Default" link. After the setup has been completed, you change your default address back to a Canadian address.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
