At the same time, the collar is not recommended to be used for a long time. Please take it off for at least one hour after your dog has worn it for 4 hours. Remember to choose a suitable mode for your dog to ensure your dog stays safe.

A: Turn on the remote and collar. Choose a channel on the remote, then hold the pairing button on the collar. The green and red lights will flash. Next, press the remote's vibration and beep buttons at the same time. When the collar's green light turns off, the pairing is finished.

Returns and Refunds

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.
