Does Garage-Control Cam support Apple HomeKit?
No, it supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, but it doesn’t currently support HomeKit.

How does storage work? Does Garage-Control Cam support HomeBase2? Can I use cloud storage or NAS/RTSP?
You could buy an extra SD card for the local storage of the Garage-Control Cam. HomeBase2 and NAS/RTSP are not currently supported, but there will be a supported version in the future.

How do I set up Garage-Control Cam in the eufy Security App?
Please use Garage-Control Cam to scan the QR code in the eufy Security app to link with your account.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.
