Do I need a membership to grow with Gardyn?
You can grow your Gardyn with or without a membership.
With no membership, you still have access and control of your Gardyn device through the app and you can always order additional yCube plants a la carte for $4.99.
Not sure if you want a membership? You can sign up for a 30 day free-trial in the Gardyn app when you set up your device.
Can I select the plants I want to grow? What is the full list of plants that you offer?
Your Gardyn Home Kit comes with 30 free plants in your Starter Set so that you can start growing right away. But if the Starter Set doesn’t have the plants you want, no problem: you can order all the plants you want from the Gardyn App and you get 10 for free with the 30-day free trial.
You can find the full list of Gardyn’s 50+ varieties of greens, herbs, fruits, veggies and flowers here. Gardyn are constantly adding new varieties and update the list as new plants become available.
Will you keep supporting Gardyn Device 1.0 and 2.0? Are the yCubes and accessories compatible with 3.0?
Yes! Gardyn will maintain the same level of service, support, spare parts and guarantee for Gardyn Home Kit 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.
And yes, all are still compatible. If you have a previous gen Gardyn Home Kit you will be able to use all your yCubes, yPods and accessories with Gardyn Home Kit 3.0 as well. You can also seamlessly manage all your Gardyn devices from the App, regardless of which version you choose. Easy as Gardyn!
Can I grow my own seeds? Can I grow more than what you offer?
Yes of course! Gardyn has seedless yCubes available for order that you can use to add your own seeds. Gardyn includes the rock wool filling so all you need to add is your preferred seed variety.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.
To determine when your order will ship from our Mississauga warehouse, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery sections on product's webpage.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.
If you need to ship to a country outside Canada, please contact us at support@wantboard.com.
Returns and Refunds
Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.
If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.
Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
