How to Use

Once or twice daily, apply an even layer of Humane Acne Wash to damp skin and gently massage into the affected areas. Let the solution sit on the skin for 1 minute initially, and gradually increase to 2-3 minutes if you aren’t seeing results. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Follow with Humane Oil-Free Moisturizer and a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen if going outdoors.

Note:

• Humane Acne Wash is not for sensitive skin. They recommend testing one or two small, affected areas for three days to check for unusual sensitivity prior to beginning treatment.

• Additional acne, irritation/redness, and dryness are common early side effects of benzoyl peroxide. If excessive flaking or peeling occurs, reduce the frequency of application and/or the time product stays on the skin before rinsing.

• Benzoyl peroxide is a bleaching agent. Use old (or white) washcloths, towels, and sheets for the duration of your treatment. Wash hands thoroughly after using and be careful of contact with hair, shirts, and even bath mats.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
