With iHealth MyVitals, the free app available for Android and iOS, iHealth Neo provides you with complete tracking and data history in graph form. You can compare your results against the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, set reminders, including the 3 measurements rule (3 measurements in the morning and 3 in the evening for 3 days), and securely share your results with your doctor or your family.

FAQ

How well does this integrate with apple health and how accurate are the readings?
Integrates perfectly with Apple Health, but its accuracy is not good. Compared with a doctor’s cuff, it reads 30-40 points high on the systolic. 

Is it compatible with iPhone 11 Pro Max?
Yes, it is compatible.

Does this come with a carry case?
The product comes with a storage case in the box.

Can I replace the battery?
Unfortunately, the Neo has a proprietary lithium-ion battery that is not meant to be changed.

Does this unit display/alert for AFib?
iHealth Neo measures blood pressure and heart rate but does not have an alarm for Afib. The measured heart rate would not be accurate.

Is the charging cable micro USB or type-c?
The charging cable it comes with is a regular USB connection to a USB micro to plug into the Neo. 

Can more than one person/user use this? Or does it only sync with one health app?
Yes, multiple people can use and each person must have the app on their phone. When attached to the arm, sync to your app to take a reading. It keeps your records on your iPhone iHealth app.

What is the largest arm size this cuff will accommodate?
It fits the universal size of an adult cuff of 22-42cm/ 8.66-16.54 in.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
