Once the earbuds are shaped to my ears, can they be changed again? The short answer is no. The patented technology uses light to mold the gel-filled earbuds tips to the contours of your ear. The UE FITS app will guide you through the customization process, achieving your perfect fit in under 60 seconds. Extra tips will be available for purchase if you’re looking to share them with someone else.

Can I control my phone/music directly from my earbuds? You can control multiple parameters via touch. The parameters can be set using the companion App. Tap twice to increase or decrease volume, answer or end a call, change songs, engage Siri or Google Assistant, and more.

Can I only use one earbud at a time? Yes you can. Our earbuds are made to be used at the same time or independently. Wear one or two at the same time depending on your current needs.

What about sound quality? What kind of drivers are in these earbuds? The UE FITS are equipped with premium single dynamic 10mm drivers. The speakers have been fine-tuned by our acoustic engineers to craft the ultimate listening experience. Our sound can be described as full, warm, and detailed with a deep, tight, and punchy bass. Bonus: our companion app lets you customize your sound preferences using our sound equalizer.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
