Every second, it spins around 6 times and measures the distance to 2,016 different points in the room to build a map. 1) LIDAR sensor x 1
The LIDAR sensor casts thousands of scattered invisible laser points to scan and measure its surroundings. This generates a high-precision map which you can see, edit, and save in your Wyze app.
2) Speed sensor x 2
Speed sensors help calculate the device's location and path.
3) Induction sensor x 3
Induction sensors are used for locating the electrodes on the charging station like a homing beacon.
4) Cliff sensor x 4
Cliff sensors detect drops like steps and ledges allowing the vacuum to clean along the edges.
5) Collision sensor x 2
Collision sensors help the device recalibrate when it bumps into an obstacle below the LIDAR scan.
6) Gyroscope x 1
The gyroscope detects yaw, pitch, and roll to orient the device along a calculated path. The accelerometer catches sudden directional changes and feeds that info to the processor to prevent collisions.
7) Recharging sensor x 1
The recharging sensor helps with locating the charging station itself as the device approaches to recharge.

How long does it take to charge from 0% to 100%? Wyze Robot Vacuum takes about 3.5 hours to charge from 0% battery to fully charged.
Can I leave my robot vacuum connected to the charging port? Yes, it can stay connected to the charger. After your Wyze Robot Vacuum is completely charged, it will switch to a low current complementary charging mode. This will prevent overcharging. Won't use your vacuum for a while? We suggest you turn off the vacuum and store it for safety.
Does Wyze Robot Vacuum work on wet floors? No, the vacuum should only be used on dry surfaces. Wyze Robot Vacuum is not a wet/dry vacuum, and is not meant to be used on wet surfaces. Using the Wyze Robot Vacuum on wet surfaces could damage the device.
Are the electrodes on the charging port dangerous? No, the electrodes' voltage is low and safe.
Do bright lights affect the robot vacuum's performance? No, bright lights do not impact performance.
Will the robot vacuum crash into my furniture? No, your furniture is safe! No need for vacuum-vs-couch insurance. Wyze Robot Vacuum has several features to prevent collisions: dual collision-preventive protection functions combined with infrared anti-collision technology, and a mechanical anti-collision plate.
Can Wyze Robot Vacuum clean under furniture? Your robot vacuum can and will clean underneath any piece of furniture that it can fit under, the underside of the furniture must be tall enough so that the vacuum has enough clearance.
What types of surfaces can the robot vacuum clean? Your Wyze Robot Vacuum can clean hard flooring including hardwood, tile, and vinyl, as well as carpeting.

Returns and Refunds
Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.
