- Does Wyze Switch require a neutral wire?

Yes, this switch does require neutral wiring, which is common in homes built after 1980. If you do not have a neutral wire, your wiring is not compatible with Wyze Switch.
- How long does it take to install the switch?

About 20 minutes, following the step by step installation process in the Wyze app.
- Is this compatible with 3-way and 4-way switches?

No, this is a single pole switch only. It cannot be used as a multi-way switch.
- How does the response time compare to a regular switch?

The response when you press the switch is instant, similar to the response time of a regular switch when smart controls are disabled. With smart controls enabled, there’s a delay of .3s with a single-press.
- Does Wyze Switch come in different colors?

No, Wyze Switch only comes in white at this time.
- Can I use Wyze Switch to control other Wyze products?

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds
Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.
If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
