Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective. If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Shipping fees paid for upgraded/faster shipping will not be refunded we are unable to recover the cost incurred for shipping.

If you are having trouble using your new product, please email us at support@wantboard.com and we would be glad to help you set up and use the product. Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that refunds will be less any shipping and handing fees charged by the vendor that the item was purchased from as these costs are typically not recoverable.

If you decide not to use our prepaid return shipping label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
