How long does shipping take?
Most items take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. It usually takes about a week for items to arrive at our U.S. warehouse and then another 1 to 2 weeks for us to import items into Canada and then deliver them to you. Once your order ships from our Canadian warehouse, it generally take 1 to 7 business days to deliver. Orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) generally take 1 to 2 business day to deliver. Once your order has shipped from our Canadian warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order including its estimated delivery date.

Why are your prices more expensive than the U.S. retail price?
Our prices include the costs related to purchasing items in the U.S. and importing them into Canada. This includes any applicable U.S sales taxes, duties, customs charges and shipping, brokerage and import fees. We strive to make it easy for our customers to buy hard-to-find products in Canada at a reasonable price that reflects the cost of goods and our cost to serve. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars.

What condition are your products in?
All products are brand new and unopened.
