Customizable Zone Parameters

Basic zone information (crop & spray head type) is gathered during set up, but you can go into the weeds by tweaking the parameters of each zone to drive the best Smart Schedule results.

Offline Schedules

If you lose connection to the Internet, Wyze Sprinkler will continue to operate on the saved schedule for the next 14 days. After that, the device falls back to your offline schedule.

Sunrise/Sunset

Enter your location to have your irrigation system water your lawn based on local sunrise or sunset times.

Weather Skips

Avoid wasting water or hurting your plants with Sprinkler Plus by skipping a watering if it's too cold, too windy, when sufficient rainfall is expected, or if the zone is wet enough.

Cycle/Soak

If you water a zone for too long, some of the water may run off and be wasted. Cycle/Soak breaks your watering down to multiple cycles to give the soil time to soak the water in for efficiency.

Advanced Zone Details

With Sprinkler Plus, you can see the exact moisture level of each zone so you can be sure your plants are happy.

Is my irrigation system compatible with Wyze Sprinkler?

Wyze Sprinkler is compatible with most residential irrigation systems in North America. It supports up to 8 zones and can be used with systems that have a master valve or pump relay. It is not weatherproof, so it should only be mounted indoors. It is also not compatible with systems that use index valves.

What is Sprinkler Plus and do I have to have it?

Sprinkler Plus is an optional service that adds a ton of smarts to your Wyze Sprinkler! With Sprinkler Plus, your Wyze Sprinkler gains advanced weather data that can be used to create Smart Schedules, enable Weather Skips, and provide detailed Zone Moisture information. One year of Sprinkler Plus comes with your purchase and can be renewed annually for $9.99. We plan to continue to add new features and benefits to Sprinkler Plus so stay tuned!

How does Sprinkler Plus decide when to water?

With Sprinkler Plus, you can create Smart Schedules to automatically water your plants when needed. To do this, we use the previous and forecasted weather to calculate the water balance in each zone. When the balance gets to the allowed depletion, we schedule a watering.

What happens if the device goes offline?

If you lose connection to the Internet, Wyze Sprinkler will continue to operate on the saved schedule for the next 14 days. After that, the device falls back to your offline schedule.

Will Wyze Sprinkler work if the power goes out?

No, Wyze Sprinkler requires power to operate your irrigation system.

Does Wyze Sprinkler work with more than 8 zones?

No, Wyze Sprinkler is only compatible with up to 8 zones. Do not attempt to put multiple wires into one terminal or link two devices together.

Is Wyze Sprinkler WaterSense certified?

No, not at this time. We will consider applying for certification in the future.

How long does it take to install Wyze Sprinkler?

Most users can set up Wyze Sprinkler in just 20 minutes.

What integrations does Wyze Sprinkler have?

None at this time, but we will consider adding additional services in the future.

Can I limit watering to certain days of the week?

Yes! You are able to limit watering to specific days of the week or even/odd days.

Is Wyze Sprinkler compatible with rain and soil sensors?

Wyze Sprinkler works with most normally closed rain & soil sensors. See a full list here.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

To determine when your order will ship from our Mississauga warehouse, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery sections on product's webpage.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

If you need to ship to a country outside Canada, please contact us at support@wantboard.com.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
