Intelligent Self-Washing: A roller brush slides back and forth across the mop, cleaning it and squeezing out water residue, making mop cleaning totally automatic.

The Empty Wash Fill Dock pulls dust into its 2.5 L self-sealed dust bag, suitable for up to 7 weeks of cleaning, and the bag will seal itself up tight to prevent leaking dust when pulled out. Water Tank & Dustbin Detection: A red light will show if the clean water tank is empty or if the dirty water tank is full. Dust collection will not start if the dustbin is not in position.

How many washing modes Empty Wash Fill Dock supports and what is the difference between them?
There are 3 cleaning modes available, Light, Balanced, and Deep. Light mode is suitable for a clean environment, with reduced cleaning time and water consumption. Balanced is suitable for medium-sized homes, with balanced cleaning speed and performance. Deep is suitable for occasional deep cleaning, with higher water consumption and longer cleaning time.

Is this dock compatible with Roborock s7?
The S7 is not compatible with the Empty Wash Fill Dock.

Can I use the Empty Wash Fill Dock for the S6 MaxV robot?
No, The empty wash fill dock is not compatible with S6 MaxV.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
