Fully adjustable via the Noise Control module on the Creative app, stay aware (and safe) of what's going on around you, especially when you are outdoors. Or keep it out. When you need to shut out the world, double tap to turn on Active Noise Reduction. Juice it up. Simply pop the earbuds back into the charging case and they will start to recharge automatically. The charging case is also wireless charging enabled and Qi-compatible, so you can place them on your existing charging pad* to recharge, or plug it into the USB-C cable that we've provided for your use and charge as per normal. *Wireless charging pad not included. We recommend a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad of at least 5W for optimum charging speed.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
