FAQ

How do I encourage my cat to drink water?
It's best just to wait for your cat to get used to the fountain. Cats are sensitive animals and will watch the water flow, then touch it with their claws. Once they realize the water isn't dangerous, they'll start drinking and enjoy it.

Are there any size limitations for dogs to use Pet Water Fountain?
eufy Pet Water Fountain is designed for dogs and cats up to 30 lbs. The water tank lasts about 2 days for a 50 lb dog. We also recommend adding a mat to reduce the amount of water that ends up on the floor.

Which parts can go in the dishwasher?
The stainless steel pan can go into the dishwasher, but other parts need to be washed by hand.

Can the filter be cleaned?
Yes, just rinse with water to remove dust, hair, and saliva.

How do I know if it's time to add water?
You'll see the indicator light on the base display steady red when the water volume is lower than the minimum line.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
