Step 1. Connect the first panel - find the "DC interface" on the back of SolarSaga 200, and plug it in solar power cable;

Step 2. Connect the second panel - follow step 1;

Step 3. Connect the solar panels and the solar power cable with the Explorer 2000/1500's DC input.

FAQs

Why the solar can not produce 200W power when charging to Jackery power station? As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

Is the solar panel waterproof? Yes, the Solar Saga 200W is waterproof.

How to clean the solar panel surface? We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.

Can the solar panel charge smartphones and tablet? No. There is no charging ports in SolarSaga 200.

Does the SolarSaga 200 compatible with other Explorer power station? The SolarSaga 200 is only compatible with the Explorer 1500 and 2000 power station.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
