There is + and - control buttons for each channel - for both the FM and AM channel. Like the original SB11 one can scan both channels at the same time and choose directions independently for the scanning of each channel - forward and backward. Scanning speeds can be adjusted to several different levels from slow all the way up to very fast.

The Spirit Box also has ATDD - Automatic Temperature Deviation Detection. This is an alert that will notify the user if the temperature increases or decreases from the baseline ambient temperature by more than 5F. Such a temperature change could indicate paranormal activity.

The volume can be controlled independently for each of the two channels. There is also a mute button. Some users prefer to not use an antenna and therefore there is an on/off button for the antenna.

There is also a built in night vision friendly red flashlight at the top of the SB11. There are two audio output ports so that the SB11 can be plugged in to a recording device, amplifier, speaker ,or a portal such as the the Portal V5 by GHE which has 2 input jacks which is especially great for a SB11 so that both the AM and FM channel can be run simultaneously.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.

Because we ship from Canada, orders are not subject to any customs charges, duties, import taxes or brokerage fees.
