FAQ: 

Why is "Screen Time", "Battery Cycle", "Total Input", and "Total Output" not showing "0" on the display?
To ensure the quality of the product, rigorous tests were conducted. The values recorded during the production and testing process were:
(a) "Battery Cycle" should be 0 and "Battery Health" should be 100%.
(b) Other information should not be 0.

Why does the battery drain so quickly?
When the Settings selection screen is always on, both the screen and MCU are working, so it is normal that the battery drains quickly. It uses 15% of the battery in about 24 hours. It is recommended to turn off the display screen when not in use.

Why can't the power reach 140W?
To reach 140W, you need to use a cable that supports PD 3.1 and a device that supports PD 3.1 input such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16".

Why does USB-A port show 0.1W output when the power bank is not connected to any device?
1. Even if the device is unplugged when charging with USB-A, it will continue to output a small current to prevent the device from being fully charged, and it will last for about 2 minutes.
2. In trickle-charging mode, the output of USB-A is 0.1W.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
