Free Kinsa App Features:

• Personalized guidance based on age, fever and symptoms – know whether you’re better off treating this at home or going to the doctor. QuickCare syncs to your smartphone via Bluetooth and the accompanying app offers personalized guidance based on age, fever and symptoms! Do you require rest and fluids, ibuprofen, or a trip to the doctor? The free Kinsa app will give you the information you need to get better faster.

• Keep a log of your family’s health – refer to this health history later or share with a doctor. Use this log to refer back on or share with your doctor for a quicker diagnosis. Your doctor will be impressed you know exactly when the cough or fever started.

• Know what’s going around – Kinsa aggregates anonymous information on levels of local illness to help you react faster, whether going to the doctor or increasing prevention at home. Connect to telemedicine, a nurse hotline, or other moment-of-need services.

• Create accounts to access health history across multiple devices

• Track medications and set reminders so you never miss a dose. This feature is especially helpful when a fever is high and your doctor recommends alternating between medications.

Is the Kinsa App Required for QuickCare to Work?

Your Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer is designed for use with or without a smartphone. However, for the full experience including features such as symptom tracking and fever guidance, you will need to download the Kinsa app.

QuickCare is compatible with iPhones and Android phones. Download the free Kinsa app on the App Store or Google Play. Kinsa temperature data integrates seamlessly with Apple's Health app.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

To determine when your order will ship from our Mississauga warehouse, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery sections on product's webpage.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

If you need to ship to a country outside Canada, please contact us at support@wantboard.com.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.

Because we ship from Canada, orders are not subject to any customs charges, duties, import taxes or brokerage fees.
