How To Use: 

The Kulala Baby Sleep Lamp comes pre-assembled. Just unpack, plug in, and touch either side panel to turn on.

Tip #1: Prepare the room

Start your sleeping routine in a dark room with Kulala as your only light source.

You can sleep with the lamp on low or off, whichever is more comfortable. Touch two fingers on the side panel to activate 3 levels of brightness.

Tip #2: Choose a consistent bedtime

The lamp works best if used at the same exact time every night- 30 mins to one hour before bedtime. Repeat for at least 7 days to entrain your circadian rhythm.

Tip #3: Limit light exposure from other sources

Reduce white light exposure in your home, which will keep you awake. Dim or turn off TV and screens, and turn on Night Shift/Night Light on your mobile devices.

Use your Kulala lamp during night wakings. Avoid other light sources during desired sleeping hours.

Use blackout shades to stop sunlight from waking you up too early. Keep them drawn until your desired wake time. If you wake up too early in the morning, use your Kulala lamp instead of opening your blinds. This will prevent resetting your clock to a too early wake up time.

Returns: 

To ensure a smooth return, the lamp must be returned in its original packaging with all protective inserts. 

Contact Kuala at support@kulalaland.com to activate your return and generate the return shipping label. Once they receive the returned product, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
